Cancellation & Refund Policy
How to cancel a Spiderbrain subscription, and when you are eligible for a refund. Spiderbrain is a product of Perform Digital Private Limited. Questions: support@perform.digital.
1. Free plan
The Local plan is free, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. You can stop using it at any time.
2. Cancelling a paid plan
You can cancel a paid subscription (Pro or Cortex) at any time from your dashboard under Plan and billing, or by emailing support@perform.digital. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals.
If no refund applies (see below), you keep your paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account moves to the free Local plan.
3. Refunds
Refunds on a paid subscription are based on the time since your purchase or most recent renewal:
- Within 24 hours: full refund, less payment gateway charges.
- After 24 hours and within 7 days: refund of the amount paid, less a 30% deduction and payment gateway charges.
- After 7 days: non-refundable.
Once a refund is issued, access to paid features ends.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment gateway, Razorpay. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take up to 7 business days to appear. Refunds go to the same method used for payment; we cannot redirect a refund to a different account.
5. Payment gateway charges
Payment gateway charges are the fees the processor (Razorpay) applies to a transaction. These are non-refundable and are deducted from any refund, as noted above.
6. Failed, duplicate or disputed payments
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or a payment failed but money left your account, email support@perform.digital with the email on your account. We will investigate and refund any incorrect charge in full.
7. Contact
For cancellations or refund requests, email support@perform.digital. This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
This policy describes our current practices and may evolve as the product does. It is provided in good faith.
